The Pre-seller (PS) role contributes to the success of JICE by executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts. This person is responsible to manage key customer relationships and deliver against annual operating plans. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution. - Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods. - Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication, pricing accuracy and short pay management Inventory of refrigerators. - Continually monitoring inventory of customers refrigerators. - Utilize key selling processes (internal PEPSI way to sell, Pre/Post Call Planning and EDGE) - Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance. - Ensure customers are complying with agreed contract requirements and ensure communication and alignment of initiatives. - Work closely with the selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction. - Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals. - Work monthly and annual reconciliations. - Sign customer’s invoices. - Always seek and find new selling opportunities. - Ensure the availability of the main varieties’ stocks in warehouses. - Provide insight, innovation, and participation in promotional campaigns. - Ensure the provision of pricing on all sites and the company's products. - Ensure delivery of orders to customers correctly and on the agreed times.
