Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles to meet sales demand. Maintain all fleet equipment in a safe and user ready condition. Responsible of the sanitation & housekeeping for fleet workshop inside the plant. - Prepare and execute departmental budget for manpower, spares, consumables and fleet major overhauls.Set garage workshops performance standards and align organization. - Monitor service providers performance and follow up their daily operation. - Institute an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure safe and reliable operations. - Stay current on all Department of Transportation Laws and Regulations and ensure the Company fleet of vehicles is in compliance. - Coordinate and follow-up on all vehicles service scheduling requirements with responsible departments. - Tracks performance of fleet i.e.. cost, repair, PM quality, unscheduled breakdowns. - Coaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved performance. - Problem solve with the fleet team recurring problems. - Maintain an up-to-date list of all company vehicles. - Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the garage workshops. تجهيز و تشغيل مكائن الخط لانتاج الكميات المطلوبة وفق برنامج الانتاج اليومي. مهمة (1): تجهيز وتشغيل مكائن الخط تشغيل المكائن حسب المعايير المعتمدة لضمان أعلى انتاجية وأعلى درجة أمان و بأقل الكلف التشغيلية تبليغ مشرف أو مدير الخط ومسؤول الصيانة فوراً عن الأعطال أو التوقفات الحاصلة المحافظة على المكائن وأماكن العمل نظيفة ومرتبة ومعقمة طبقاً لمعايير صحة الغذاء المتبعة المهمة (2): تهيئة الخط ليعمل في ظروف تشغيلية تتوافق وسلامة الغذاء وتحقق الكفاءة الحفاظ على متطلبات ISO 22000 . تنظيف مكائن الخط وأرضياته ومناهله وجدرانه والمحافظة على نظاف تها طول الوقت . تعبئة نماذج تنظيف الماكنات و مكانن العمل بشكل يومي / أسبوعي /شهري. تنظيف جميع أنحاء الخط وجميع المكائن وقطع الغيار وقواعدها وضمان النجاح في كل تفتيش AIBI وخلو الخط من أي نقاط عدم رضا (UNSATISFACTORY) كتابة تقرير لمدير تأكيد الجودة ولمشرف سلامة الغذاء وتأكيد الجودة للتبليغ عن وقوع أي حادثة تؤثر سلبيا على سلامة الغذاء لأخذ الإجراءات الوقائية لمنع تلوث المنتج. تطبيق جميع المعايير اللازمة و تتبع جميع النقاط الحرجة لإزالة أي مخاطر محتملة تؤثر على سلامة الغذاء. المهمة (3): متابعة أعمال الصيانه والحفاظ على السلامه العامه. التقيد بتعليمات السلامة العامة وارتداء جميع الأدوات التي تحقق ذلك . ضمان توافر أعلى معايير السلامه لماكنات الإنتاج عن طريق ضمان إزالة جميع الأجسام و المواد التي قد تسبب خطر التعثر و ا لسقوط , الإبلاغ عن وجود أي عطل أو خلل في أجهزة الأمان و الحمايه لماكنات الإنتاج, مرشات الطوارئ, الأدراج و المنصات. تسجيل جميع الملاحظات اللازمه للمحافظه على الماكنة بأحسن حال و ضمان تشغيلها بأعلى كفاءة. متابعة تهريبات الهواء والماء والغاز ومعالجتها وضمان النجاح في كل تفتيش استدامة (SUSTAINABILITY) ضمان تشغيل الخط عند بدء الانتاج بشكل كامل وصحيح وإغلاق المكن والإنارة ومصادر الهوء والماء والغاز بعد إنهاء عمليات التشغيل.

تنفيذ المهام الموكلة اليه من قبل مشرف المستودع في هيكل عمليات المصنع لضمان استمرارية سير العمل و زيادة انتاجية المستودع المحافظة على نظافة مناطق التشكيل والهنجر بشكل عام بما يتوافق مع تدقيق AIBI:- - سحب حاويات النفايات الصادرة من خطوط الإنتاج والموجودة في ساحات المصنع وإرسالها الى منطقة الحاويات. - تكنيس ارضية الهنجر ومناطق التشكيل بمكنسة خشنة ويراعى عند ذلك التنظيف بين باليتات البضاعة الجاهزة والزجاج الفارغ. - بعد عملية التكنيس السابقة على العامل إعادة التكنيس بواسطة مكنسة ناعمة تكنيساً جيداً. - مسح الجدران الداخلية للهنجر بواسطة فوطة قماش مبللة. تنفيذ الواجبات الموكلة اليه من ناحية استلام البضاعة من الكونفيير:- - طباعة كشوفات الكونفيير من أجل تسجيل ارقام الرصات المستلمة من قسم الانتاج. - مطابقة كشوفات الكونفيير مع سائقي الرافعات العاملين على خطوط الانتاج. - تسليم كشف الكونفيير الى كتبة الجرد كل حسب شفته مع الالتزام بالتوقيع على الكشف من قبله ومن قسم الانتاج. العناية بالباليتات:- - ترتيب الباليتات في اماكنها المناسبة. - تنظيف الباليتات من الداخل والخارج والتأكد من عدم إحتوائها على اكياس او عبوات فارغة. الحفاظ على متطلبات الصحة والسلامة:- - التبليغعن( كادانيحدث ) للحمايةمنالحوادثالوشيكة. - الحفاظ على جاهزية معدات السلامة الموجودة في المستودع والتاكد من عملها بكفاءة. - التقيد التام بأوقات واماكن التدخين والطعام والشراب. الحفاظ على متطلبات ISO 22000+ AIBI - كتابة تقرير لمدير تأكيد الجودة ولمشرف سلامة الغذاء وتأكيد الجودة للتبليغ عن وقوع أي حادثة تؤثر سلبيا على سلامة الغذاء لأخذ الإجراءات الوقائية لمنع تلوث المنتج - تطبيق جميع المعايير اللازمة و تتبع جميع النقاط الحرجة لإزالة أي مخاطر محتملة تؤثر على سلامة الغذاء. - الالتزام بجميع قواعد GMP.
