IT Analyst

• Provide technical support to Sales and Distribution (Sales logistics, selling process, outlet level information, pricing, handheld and sales analytics) to ensure that the function works properly.
• Analyze and assess business demands with salesmen/ sales supervisors to ensure application functions do match business requirements.
• Collaborating and partnering with other business units to understand their current and future needs.
• Drive usage of the solution by identifying root causes and mitigating to ensure highest performance.
• Install, setup and tests different modules and devices “Test Scenario” to ensure smooth running for all implementations.
• Coordinates, schedule and deliver end user required trainings.
• Verifying the implementation of all audit procedures.
• Monitoring production systems to ensure that is maintained in healthy state as per vendor best practices.

• Ability to speak in Arabic & English.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or any related field
