Effectively handle respective production line operations to safely produce finished goods; to meet sales and marketing demands, while ensuring production is consistently within quality and cost targets   - Handle the staging area’s activities and ensure that raw materials are stored as per storage standards and in compliance with 5S method. - Administer all measures related to all the SAP transactions between the production department and other departments. - Track and report all activities related to production reports, line productivity, packaging yield loss, and production breakage, daily. - Administer all activities related to the monthly physical count and ensure submitting physical inventory count documents to the finance team. - Follow up on recording all the required documentations to sustain “The Certificate of Food Safety Standards” and “ISO 22000”. - Follow up on all the transactions between the production department, raw materials warehouse, and finished goods warehouse. - Apply all the measures required to get accurate results in the weekly cut-off; through doing the back-flush on SAP for the produced quantities with the correct posting dates and times. - Improve the control environment by performing the needed reconciliations, shift-level reports, and reversal transactions. - Administer all activities related to the staging area’s personnel starting from the selection, onboarding, and training. - Continuously coach the team members on process improvement in the staging area. - Ensure the quality and the accuracy of production reports’ data entries on MII system without any delays.

The Customer Technical Service Engineer plays a crucial role in providing technical support to customers, ensuring product satisfaction and fostering strong customer relationships. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.   Can and End quality claim handling: - Contact customer regarding quality issues, visiting the customer where required - Generate complaint notifications for internal distribution - Review of complaints with the Customers and internal concerned departments - Respond to customers on quality issues caused and any actions taken - Administer the sorting/destruction if agreed by all parties. Evaluation of customer products: - Co-ordinate with customer and CCMC to ensure tests and trials on cans and End - Check the availability of the correct quantity/specification of products. - Arrange for filling at the customer’s location and, where necessary, assist with its completion - Organize shipment/evaluation of filled stock at the laboratory - When supplied with results of the evaluation, make recommendations on how the results should be progressed with the relevant customer - Quality Assurance: Regular checks and maintenance provided in identifying and addressing potential defects in cans, which is crucial for preserving the beverage’s quality and preventing contamination. - Product Compatibility: ensure that the cans produced are compatible with the beverages they will contain, maintaining the integrity and safety of the product. Evaluation of customer production equipment: - Audit customer filling facilities/warehouses for problems that may result in a reduction in filling speed, damage to cans or ends, and unsafe seam quality - Examine customer-filling facilities/warehouses to determine areas of enhancement - Advise customers of findings/recommendations on improvements - Troubleshooting: When issues arise, such as malfunctions or inconsistencies with the cans, prompt helping in quickly resolving these problems, thereby reducing downtime and maintaining production schedules Internal Data analysis: - Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) audit on critical to Quality Parameters factory finished Cans Height, Flange Width and Dome Depths. These Parameters impact the Can’s Integrity during filling. - Conduct Gauge R&R studies repeatability and reliability studies for Gauges Accuracy. - Assist with Line Process and Food Safety Audits for compliance to Specification and Customer’s Standards. Enhancing Customer Satisfaction - Ensures that can-making operations run smoothly, leading to a dependable supply of cans for beverage bottlers for meeting production demands and customer expectations. - Quick and effective responses to any issues or queries from beverage bottlers to enhance their overall satisfaction and foster a positive working relationship Training and Knowledge Transfer - Perform technical training for beverage bottler staff on handling and using cans effectively. helping in optimizing the use of cans, reducing errors, and improving overall efficiency in the bottling process. - Share best practices and insights on how to best integrate and use cans within bottling operations, leading to better performance and fewer issues. Customer Feedback: - Gather feedback from beverage bottlers about their experiences with cans and related equipment for continuous improvement of can-making processes and products, helping both parties to adapt to evolving needs.
